Gunshot and blood hit Special effects

We expect the assassins to carry and use guns in the film. Therefore we will need to use special effects to make gunshots and any blood hits look realistic. We found some helpful tutorial videos on the internet that give tips on how to create realistic gunshot and blood hit effects.
