Poster Plan and conventions of film posters

We started work on the film poster by making a plan for how we want to layout the poster.

The following is a list of common expectations of film posters.

A large title which attracts the eye

Bold colours that stand out

Intriguing picture which would attract viewers to the film

Persuasive language which might persuade the viewers to go and see the film
A certificate to ensure that the right type of people are watching the film

Production company name, directors names cast and other names listed at the bottom in a tall, thin font
