Instead I began filming the classroom scene because I'd managed to get most of my actors to agree to do it early. The person who was originally supposed to get eaten however was unavailable so instead Charlotte stepped in and allowed me to attatch the fake blood pouch and pretty much ruin her top.
I re arranged the classroom to a more typical layout and positioned people on various desks to give the illusion of a full classroom when in reality it was only half full. I did each scene a couple of times and from different angles so that I would have as much footage to choose from as possible. Here are some photos that pretty much some up the days filming.
To whoever had to sit at that desk last lesson, I'm so so sorry I didn't think the blood would have been so hard to wipe up. I tried to get the blood off honest!!! If you wish to get revenge I'm the guy in the white Guinness shirt. :-P
I also shot a scene where a group of people run into a room and manage to push a zombie away to get in. I originally wanted his head to smash the glass and had thought of ways to make it look like a shatter effect either using a piece of pre-broken clear perspex or by editing it on later. Unfortunately I was advised against ramming his head into some perspex and was unable to create the effect very well in after effects so I had to settle for him just banging against the window instead.
