Mirror Image

Today we decided to do some editing! We decided to use some of the silouhette shots that we filmed in our first shoot. The original shot looks like the picture on the right with Emma's head aligned with the right hand side of the frame.
To create the effect that you can see in the image below I adjusted the position of the frame so that Emma's head would be aligned half way across the panel.
I then copied and pasted the frame
into 'video 2' I then applied a 'horizontal flip' to create a mirrored version of Emma, and then adjusted the position of that so that they are back to back.

I think this looks effective as the two clips are perfectly synchronised with each other.

Originally we had filmed two versions of the shot, with Emma's head aligned against one side of the frame and then the other.

However as they were two seperate shots, they were unsynchronised, me and Ryan believe that this verson looks a lot better.
