I created a banner to go above my article and underneath my logo. I noticed that this was a regular convention with local newspapers, the banner advertises a holiday feature of the newspaper where readers get tokens, again i chose this as i noticed that it was a regular theme for this type of banners. I took a photo of a beach and edited its brightness and contrast to make it look bright and sunny to fit the advert. I then added my information in capital letters to grab readers attention with '£10' in white larger writing so that it stands out. i then created a small logo to place on my banner to make the company recognizable.
