Choosing a song.

Now I have an idea of the type of music video and the genre of music video I want to make, I must choose a song to play it to.

My choices are as followed:

• Chapel Club - All the eastern girls
• Foals - This orient
• Dan black - Symphonies
• Mystery Jets - Show me the light

This is my final 13 list of songs. I will now proceed to rate each song out of 10 for its suitability in accordance with the following points of things i am looking for in a song...

1. I am looking for a synth pop / alternative band, who have produced an easy to listen to song, with art rock / dance rock roots.
2. Varying vocals in pitch and perhaps in gender. Also slight harmonies to give the song more depth.
3. A song that inspires me, and that will vary alot in style throughout the song.
4. Lyrically, I want the song to perhaps be ambiguous. I want the song to reflect the artistic video I want to create, which will contrast well with the video, digi pack and advertisment, so the last thing I want to find in lyrics is that they are cliche or crude.
