This was the second newspaper heading we created, using a different format to the first. We chose to keep this logo quite simplistic, and like the first heading we put ‘St Helens’ in red to make reference to the town colours and to make it stand out. The barcode and date etc are typical features of a newspaper, sometimes shown in this position. From our research we chose to put the barcode here to conform to a particular newspapers layout.
