Erasing the seam!

In one of our shoots, we filmed Emma stood side on to the camera miming to the words. After we had slotted these shots into our sequence we noticed that they looked slightly boring, we decided that to remedy this we would change the editing. First of all we inserted a 'roll' into the frame, but, as you can see from the first image, the shot has a greenish tinge to the edges and therefore as the roll was playing there was an obvious break between each frame.

To fix this we adjusted the contrast and brightness to make the wall appear a stark white and this created an apparently seamless slide transition, another advantage of this technique was that Emma appears more defined and 'glossy'.
Giving our music video a more professional look.
