Finishing The Poster

After deciding to re-make my poster I saw this one for a film called 'The Uninvited' which has a creepy figure stood at a window which could work well if I tried it with a door at college. Because I had already experimented with a broken glass effect I figured that it would look good to possibly have the zombie reaching through it.

Here is an early version of my new poster, I decided to use one of the existing photos of Annabelle as a zombie to make use of the many photos I took during the studio session.

I wanted to use the existing background, however I modified it and changed the colours to make it more subtle. I also added other photos of bodies and changed the opacity on each layer to make it more abstract.

The information featured on my poster was pretty minimal. I have the regular credits at the bottom of the page which include actors, producers, music and costume managers etc. I also have the date of the films release and two short tag lines for it from two magazines. Something that I haven't included on my poster is having the stars names in big letters. This is mainly because my film doesn't star any big actors which is common of zombie films.
