4. How did you use new media technologies in the construction and research planning and evaluation stages ? Creating the Film - Editing

As the documentary was five minutes in length and I took over an hours footage at the railway I had to dramatically edit my film to fit the brief. The best way to do this was to do my documentary in "A Day In The Life" style, as such I could make the peice episodic and it wouldn't be necessary to include each piece of footage. For editing I decided to use Adobe premier, using premier allowed me to do a number of effects

Cut- For this I used the razor tool, I could go anywhere along the timeline and cut out any footage I didn't want to include


Another affect premier allowed me to use was to adjust the sound levels
