Before we could start filming we had to think about location. We decided the best location we could use would be the studio. After this, we noticed that as the walls are plain white there wouldn't be the right atmosphere that we would need for a music video that is ultimately representing our artists attitude.
With this in mind we planned our backdrop. We decided to go with the idea of scribbling the word bitch all over in a haphazard manner and so first of all we drew up a sketch as a plan. After that we began work on a piece of professional backdrop paper used in photography studios as we needed something strong we could hang in front of the wall. We started with a pencil outline and then went over it in Dark Blue, Purple, Grey and Red oil pastel As we wanted quite a bold effect but we thought that primary shades would overpower the artist. To personalise the back drop we added pictures of our artist Emma Hilton. By doing this we also made it our own and not just a direct copy of the Paramore set.
